New Project Looking to Go In On A Practice Space Together

We are looking for chill, responsible, and respectful musicians to share a large practice space at the House of Hits or Sacramento Rehearsal Studios. Large rooms go for ~$600, so we would split the room 50/50. If you have a PA, we would potentially be willing to pay a little more to share, or vice-versa if we invest in a PA (maybe 60/40). We will be looking to start renting at some point in May once we are all vaccinated.
