Experienced Drivers and Helpers For Local Moving Company We are looking for reliable, responsible movers to join our team Driver $23 - $26 per hour PLUS tips Helper: $15 - $22 per hour PLUS tips *Training rate $16/hr will apply for first day to assess your skills Job Requirements: • At least one year of driving/moving experience is required • Clean driving record • Ability to work at elevated heights - climb onto lift gate, stand at back of truck to load/unload • Heavy lifting / carrying / organizing inventory • Ability to move, pack/unload furniture and appliances at customers’ homes for extended periods of time • Work without assistance, carry items over uneven surfaces, up/down stairs, inclines • Strong customer service and verbal communication skills • Commitment to uphold the company’s safety guidelines • Ensure the move and set up is completed to customers satisfaction Immediate consideration if you have worked for Raymour, Bob's, Ashley, Siegermans, Thomasville, or any other furniture delivery companies Professional Experienced is required for both positions. You must be able to get to and from jobs on Long Island with your own reliable transportation.
