Oversee all projects from start until finish. Must be able to manage a crew of technicians, organize daily schedule, contact customers, schedule jobs, meet deadlines, update restoration system (iRestore). Using Xactimate pricing system and accurately price self pay and insurance claims. Clean, presentable outfit daily, uphold standards of technicians to meet the same. Maintaining vehicles and equipment. **Must have construction background or past restoration experience. COMPETITIVE Hourly Pay, or Salary, (case by case basis) Paid Time Off, Paid Vacation Days. **Must be able to work nights and weekends when needed, overtime is available.
