About the Position: We are looking for a Field Service Technician that will be responsible for servicing existing customers' installations, any repairs that may arise from installation, and any maintenance of existing customers' products. A successful candidate will be familiar with the installation of windows, doors, roofing, siding and gutter systems. Position Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Requires basic knowledge of all products and services. Assists in the completion of all installations and ensures all is in working order. Follows all service and installation procedures. Handles construction materials onsite and in storage. Clears construction sites of debris and trash. Prepares logs and reports of the installation and the repair work carried out on the site. Performs installations and/or repairs as necessary independently. Maintains a clean driving record. Drivers license must be in good standing. Adheres to all OSHA regulated safety procedures. Other duties as assigned. Experience, Skills & Knowledge Required: Strong experience in installing and replacing windows, gutters and shields. Operational knowledge of various window sizes and their measurements Ability to resolve problems occurring in installations Ability to measure the area and gather all the equipment required for the installation Ability to use various hand and power tools safely Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 20 lbs. Must be able to stand, bend, and twist throughout the workday. Must be flexible in days and hours worked. Daily travel is required, overnight stay occasional. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $32,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
