Assistant Construction Manager Looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor. This position is responsible for managing the daily activities on-site and ensuring each project is completed in a timely manner. Directing all field employees, subcontractors, material suppliers, inspectors and others in the efforts needed to achieve these goals. Training and coaching field employees as well as organizing and scheduling their workload. Job Duties / Responsibilities: • Monitor on-site projects and personnel • Schedule and coordinate all construction projects • Order all materials necessary for construction crews • Coordinate all permits necessary to complete projects • Measure and Install windows, doors, roofing and siding • Assist in installations as necessary • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process Job Requirements: • Home Improvement Contractor License (HIC) and 3+ years Home Remodeling experience • Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License (CSL) and 2+ years in a Supervisory Role • Full knowledge of Exterior Home Remodeling • Ability to accurately measure and install windows, doors, roofing and siding • Strong Customer Service Skills • OSHA Certification • Current Driver’s License Compensation and Benefits: • Average compensation $50,000+ based on experience • Medical, Dental and Life Insurance • Company matched Retirement Plan • Paid Time Off based on service Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00+ /year Required education: • High school or equivalent Required experience: • Home Remodeling: 3 years • Supervisor: 1 year Required license or certification: • Driver's License • OSHA 10 Certification
