Must have valid Texas Drivers License and a 3-year clean driving record. General Duties include following a schedule and recording work on a smartphone Mowing, line trim, and blow-off walks and drives. Remove litter from the work area prior to mowing Weed flowerbeds plant seasonal color Trim hedges Other services typical of lawn and landscape maintenance This is an outdoor job, often in extreme heat, cool weather, and perhaps light rain. Job is located in Grand Prairie, Texas so having reliable transportation is a must as there is no public transportation to the job. Competitive salary based on experience Benefits include: Paid Holidays (6 days) Paid Vacation 1 week to start. Must have valid Texas Drivers License and a 3-year clean driving record. Must Be 18 years old to work with power equipment! Starting wages between $12.25 and $14.50 per hour depending on experience. Bonuses paid based on taking care of equipment, customer satisfaction, and completed scheduled work. Overtime available - over 40 hours per week. Performance review and raise after 90 days.
