Ovation Property Management is looking for a Detail Technician to float between Amalfi Apartments and Summer Winds Apartments. Primary focus is maintaining the overall appearance of the community. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Finish work; painting, cleaning, caulking, etc. Maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities. Policing the ground and parking areas. Painting curbs and parking lot striping. Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting. Assisting the maintenance staff upon request. Strong cleaning skills a must! You will primarily be outside 85% of the day. Pre-employment background check and drug testing required. Working weekends will be mandatory. HVAC and CPO certification is a plus.
