General laborers wanted - no experience required, competitive pay!

RI based tennis court construction company seeking general laborers to assist with tennis court servicing and construction. Tasks include, but are not limited to: using hand tools, using wheelbarrows, working with 55 gallon drums, painting, digging. Must be capable of lifting 80 pounds comfortably. No experience is required. We are willing to train anyone with a positive attitude and desire to work. Pay is competitive (starting between 16 and 18 per hour depending on skill level - can move up quickly with good attitude). There is opportunity to move up in the company as you learn the ranks. The job is seasonal with the majority of hours in late spring/early-mid summer. Hours are variable so schedules can be accommodated within reason. Job sites consist of both public and private properties and employees must behave appropriately on jobs - no swearing/yelling/rowdiness/littering. Smoking is discouraged, but permitted ONLY in appropriate areas and not on the clock. Must have reliable transportation. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required. 18 & older. Looking to hire immediately. You must have a cell phone and be able to call, text and email. When I receive your information (IF you meet the criteria) I will contact you about an interview/training day. It would be one full day of work for which you would be compensated at 15$/hour. You will receive pay at the end of the day. This day will be your interview. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions about the job you may have and we will evaluate you as a worker. Within one week of the training day we will let you know if we think it will be a good fit.
