Visiting Angels of New Mexico is seeking energetic, self-motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Caregivers with great heart to provide full personal care in Albuquerque AREAS. Must have good working experience with senior citizens in the past. Multiple 40hr week 1:1 caregiver needed cases Job Fair will be at our office IN PERSON from 11am-1pm. 3411 Candelaria Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107, SUITE A. DUTIES: include full Personal Care AND companion and Light housekeeping, assisting with other Activities of Daily Living (ADL), supervision and providing safe environment. Respective applicant must be hard working, reliable, and punctual and must be able to work with less supervision. TRANSPORTATION: Personal and reliable transportation with a valid driver License and auto insurance is a must. (There is limited Public Transportation service to the area). This position is available to be filled immediately. REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 or older Must have reliable vehicle and proof of insurance on that vehicle Must have valid NM driver's license, with less than 3 moving violations & no DWI/DUI's in the last 2 years Must be able to pass criminal background check Must be able to pass a drug test. Will be required to participate in general orientation and paid state required trainings. Must be able to operate personal and/or company vehicles used for transporting program participants Must be able to lift 40 lbs or more Must have the ability to assist, support, lift and transfer individuals who utilize walkers, wheelchairs and gait belts; Must be able to wear a mask covering your nose and mouth for the duration of your scheduled shifts; Must be able to type and utilize the world wide web
