Dog Training Job We have a position to help with bird dog training, no experience is necessary, but familiarity with or an interest in upland hunting would be helpful. Young dogs are yard trained (obedience training) and field work with live birds to bring them to hunt ready. This is a 20-30-hour per week job starting early mornings. Days are flexible to accommodate school or other work. Ranch or farm work experience is a big plus. This is an opportunity to work with an experienced bird dog trainer, and acquire skills in animal husbandry. Starting wage is $12 per hour (cash) with frequent periodic raises to $15 per hour.
