Woman's/Non-Binary Workshop Space

I'm a woman with big hobby dreams and tiny rental space. For years I've dreamt of having a workshop space of my own. And I'm wondering if there are any other girls and theys who are in the same position. Ideally we'd find a place already suited for our needs. Big open, industrial space. Easy access to bring in big pieces or equipment. Would be suited to woodworking, pottery, metal working, mechanical repair. Welding? Dyeing? I don't know. Would adapt based on the groups needs. This is the start of an idea and I wanted to toss it out in a few places on the internet and see if there are others like me.
