i9 Sports is hiring energetic staff members to manage the game day experience of our kids, parents, and volunteers. Our staff will oversee all aspects of the youth sports program, which can include serving as a customer service point of contact, sport instructor, or referee. We are the nation’s first and largest youth sports organization offering Soccer, Flag Football, and T-Ball, with more than 3 million members across the country. i9 Sports emphasizes fun, safety and convenience as well as teaching the value of good sportsmanship. A smiling face and lots of high fives are the highest priority. We are looking for part-time staff to work at our fields on Saturdays and/or Sundays. Experience as a coach/player/referee is preferred, but not mandatory. Youth Sports Staff & Instructor Job Requirements: - Customer service-oriented - Be fun, energetic, and enthusiastic - Candidate must be great with kids, parents, and have a great personality - Reliable transportation - Prior experience in sports / coaching / teaching preferred - Be confident and capable of dealing with parents and upholding the i9 Sports philosophy - Let's make it about the FUN! We serve Brier, Lynnwood, Mill Creek, Everett, and Snohomish and are seeking staff for each of these locations. Programs are held on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
