Hourly rate is $15.00 to $18.00 per hour plus tips. Tips can average $150.00 -- $300.00 per week. Driver/Foreman signing bonus of $250.00 after a mandatory probational period. Experience: 2 year minimum at a Moving Company is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Each new hire will be trained our company policies, procedures, and expectations. The ideal Candidate will:  Be responsible  Reliable (must have consistent transportation and show up on time, when scheduled)  Have weekend availability  Be professional  Demonstrate a willingness to work with a crew  Be friendly and professional with our customers Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:  Learning and utilizing our moving system as trained  Providing professional customer service  Providing an accurate estimate to each customer for each specific move  Leading a crew  Properly packing, loading and unloading a customer’s belongings into a truck  Wrapping and unwrapping furniture with pads, Shrinkwrap and tape  Light disassemble/reassemble if requested Requirements:  Valid Driver’s license (C Class is preferred, but not necessary)  The physical ability to lift 50lbs – 100lbs  Stamina for multiple jobs  An expectation to work daily during our peak time (the beginning and ending week of each month)  Good attitude
