Hello! I've just moved back to Reno from Los Angeles and I'm hoping to build up my private lesson studio in town. I have a Masters degree from California Institute of the Arts in World Percussion, and I've been a drum and music educator for over a decade. I teach many different styles of drumming, at all ages and levels. Some3 of which are: Cuban Drumming (Congas/Bongos/Timbales/Bata etc.), West African Drumming (Ewe/Talking drum etc.), Brazilian Drumming (Samba/Bateria/Pandeiro/Caxixi/Atabaque etc.), North and South Indian Drumming (Tabla/Dholak/Kanjira/Konnakol etc.), as well as lots of miscellaneous drumming styles from around the world (Frame Drum/Riqq/Darbuka/Daf/Cajon etc.). I always have a 2 for 1 deal with new students (pay for a lesson and get an extra one for free) plus if you can successfully refer a friend or other student you get 1 free lesson with each successful reference. My online rate is $40 an hour/$25 half hour, In person lessons are $50 an hour/$30 half hour. I also have specials if you buy 4 lessons you get $5 off per lesson.
