Behr Iron & Metal, an Alter Trading Company is looking to add to its team. Alter Trading Corporation, a 120+ year old, privately held company with 70+ scrap metal processing facilities is seeking a qualified Alter operates scrap metal processing facilities in 9 states and trades recycled materials nationally and internationally. We are looking for full time sorters/ general laborers for our South Beloit Facility. This person must be willing to work outside subject to the environment. The sorter is responsible for removing products and materials to ensure the established specifications is met. The sorter must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of the arms and legs, while climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. Must be able to follow all company safety standards and wear necessary PPE including hard hat and steel toe safety boots. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $13.00 per hour
