Hello we are a licensed building company, we provide Design-Build Services for Residential Construction Projects. We are looking for someone with team who can take a set of plans (provided by us) and Build new construction homes or additions. We will handle project administration including pulling permits and you and your crew will take care of things in the field. Willing to sub or partner under the right terms. You will be working as an independent company and be required to have insurance for yourself and your workers by project start date. Please send company info or any qualifications if interested.
