Shower and a shave

I'm in need of a place to shower and shave. New to living in a van and traveling and need to figure out where to get cleaned up. Have any ideas? Tried planet fitness but their showers are closed. Hotels are out of the question. Another sunny day on the magnificent north coast. Just another guy rambling down the road with my dog. and other such statements... Thanks everybody
