We are currently seeking a Grounds Maintenance Staff to join our community! Weekly pay rate will be based on experience. We will compensate the right people. You will be responsible for completing various tasks dealing with grounds work in a team environment, including some of the items below: Responsibilities and Duties Maintain grounds throughout community Weed Eating, edging, trimming bushes, pinestraw, fertilizing, aerating, etc. (based upon the season) Must be able to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in grounds maintenance (2 year minimum in commercial grounds) Familiarity with grounds maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload in a team environment Background & drug check / Valid DL preferred Benefits We provide a competitive wage and benefits package.
