4 outlets not working

I have 4 outlets all on the same side of my basement that are not working. Im pretty handy and already check a few things. It is not a tripped break nor does the outlet need to be replaced. Could someone come (sooner than later) let me know what the problem is and give me a quote? I'm not a cheap person but also don't coming reaching for deep pockets for the 4 outlets (we'll both be wasting our time). Thnaks,
