MowCow Lawn and Landscape, established in 1986 and located in Fairfax Station,VA We are seeking smart, motivated people who are looking to join a fun team of landscapers who are experienced in pruning, mulching, planting, edging, lawn mowing as well as aeration and seeding. Our team is dedicated to growing and cultivating leaders in our team motivated environment. Ideal applicant: - Is ready to learn new and exciting ways to complete tasks - Be able to lift 30-60 pounds - Is willing to work in various weather conditions when/if needed - Be Udderly Dependable and arrive on time Monday - Saturday(as needed) - Willing to work 45-60 hours per week during on season - Enjoy being a valued member of the team We offer: - Weekly paycheck - Time and a Half paid after 40 hours worked - Bonuses - Paid Holidays - After 90 days, eligible for raise - Paid Vacation - Over-time hours offered until well after Christmas - Training Compensation is based on experience, attitude, willingness to learn, work ethic, and drivers license.
