La Casa I, LLC is seeking a full time and/or jobs experienced PLUMBERS!!! Ideal candidates must have their own tools, have reliable transportation/work truck/van, and will be bouncing from house to house, making repairs to include plumbing, checking water heater, checking utilities (gas, water and electrical), and making sure all are operational, appliance installs/repairs, putting in doors,checking HVAC, making homes in livable condition. Ideal candidate in physically good shape and able to handle a busy workload. Top pay for top talent! Pay is $20-35 per hour and goes up depending on experience and reliability. We are looking for an experienced Plumber to efficiently undertake a variety of plumbing tasks ranging from fixing leakages to installing water, waste and vents, and gas lines. They are patient individuals with a practical mind and manual dexterity, able to work efficiently with great attention to detail. The goal is to install and maintain well-functioning systems that transport water, waste, gases or hot liquids. Job details $20 - $35 an hour Job Type Full-time Qualifications Experience: plumbing, 5 years (Preferred) Responsibilities Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure Install and maintain water supply systems Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks) Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc. Repair domestic fixtures (e.g. sinks toilets) etc. Install and maintain gas lines Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems Skills Proven experience as a plumber Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.) Good communication and interpersonal skills Friendly with a great deal of patience Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces Valid license to practice profession Job Type: Full-time
