Busy real estate investor seeking licensed plumber to handle all of our plumbing needs in our house remodels. Must have own tools and ability to pull Permits when needed. No journeyman’s. Must be experienced in R&R of water heaters Sinks Faucets Shower/tub divertor Running new pipes/supply for added bathrooms. We are extremely busy and this is an excellent opportunity for right person. Pay is based on experience level. Hourly/piece work Once work is complete we pay within minutes per Venmo/Zelle.
