This position is part time and perfect for someone looking to have extra income. Applicant must be local or near by, have general maintenance skills and have a flexible schedule. Responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments located in Buellton, CA. Description of all duties will be available to interested person(s). Please call during office hours Monday thru Saturday 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. CLOSED THURSDAY and SUNDAY. Please do not call after hours or when office is closed, email is ok anytime.
