TRUCK & TRAILER REPAIR SHOP IN FRESNO LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED SHOP MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck & trailer mechanic and managing a shop. . Diesel mechanic 2 years experience: (required) . Diesel mechanic certification: (Preferred) but not required . Leadership: 1 year (Preferred) JOB DESCRIPTION Basic duties range from a variety of skilled truck & trailer repair work, to managing all aspects of the shop operations, including interactions with subordinates, customers and vendors. The shop manger will be responsible for repair estimates, supervising the mechanics and office employees, dealing with customer inquiries, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards. A more detailed list of work duties and responsibilities will be discussed at the interview.
