Multi-family renovation company is seeking a self-motivated energetic individual to join a well-established team of construction professionals. Superintendent Position: He or She must have prior experience in developing interior and exterior scopes of work. Have the ability to read and understand architectural plans and prepare take offs from construction documents and drawings, compile pricing for material,labor,general conditions, and budgets for estimating our future projects. Must have great communication skills and be proficient in MicroSoft Office and Xactimate Software. Skilled in supervising the Sub-Contractors and labor forces on multiple projects for the interior and exterior of the Construction/Renovation Department.
