We have an immediate opening for a full-time Shipping and Receiving Team Member Are you an organized individual who is detail-oriented and works well in a deadline driven environment? Please read on… The role of the warehouse shipping/receiving coordinator is critical to the workflow efficiency and our on-time delivery of products to our customers. Candidates must excel at multi-tasking and consistently be able to accomplish objectives in an organized manner as well as being a team player that helps build a productive and efficient atmosphere. In this position you will balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy. Critical Skill Requirements: • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. routinely • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Competency using a variety of computer applications (Will train) • Proficient written and verbal English skills • Familiarity with Quality Assurance criteria • Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles • Willingness to adapt to changing workloads and job duties • Ability to work well independently or in a small team to reach company goals and objectives • Works towards continual process improvement LUSB is a team environment where we work hard, collaborate, and mentor our employees to be successful and value individual contributions.
