Role and Responsibilities We are a local, well established property management firm in Vancouver, WA. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, reliable, self-motivated and detail oriented on-site Maintenance Technician for our 126 unit apartment complex in Vancouver. Duties and Requirements *Strong experience in apartment turnover *Experience and willingness to complete daily service requests *Drywall *Painting *Basic appliance experience *Basic plumbing experience *Pool Maintenance a plus Qualifications and Education Requirements *3-5 years of previous experience Preferred Skills *Excellent customer service *Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Additional Notes Pay rate $18 - $20 per hour plus 20% off market rent and utilities paid.
