Maintenance Technician Apprentice This position is a part time paid apprentice position, moving to full time as we enter the full season. The ideal candidate will work alongside our experienced Maintenance Technician to learn techniques and a variety of construction and maintenance skills. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently. Flexible for various tasks, experience in cleaning and home repairs. Weekend and early morning shifts are required. Responsibilities: • Ability to perform duties such as painting, sheetrock, carpentry and ground maintenance. • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs., climb ladders, repetitive bending, squatting and lifting Qualifications: • Adaptability and willingness to do a variety of tasks • Reliable team player • Demonstrate ability to work effectively without immediate supervision • Attention to detail • High level of professionalism and integrity • Flexible schedule and willingness to cover extra shifts as needed • Must be available to work weekends and early morning • Must have reliable transportation Compensation: • Competitive hourly wage • Part time to full time • 100% paid medical, dental and vision • Holiday Bonus • Paid vacation • Matching 401K after 1 year employment
