Hey folks, if you are looking to improve your jazz performance skills check out SoCal Jazz Academy programming. For reviews, checkout our Google and/or Yelp to see what past students are saying. Our curriculum is based on teaching students fundamentals and advanced concepts of jazz improvisation via in-person performance-based approach in group settings. This involves, among other things, concepts from music theory, jazz performance practice, and music history. Our group class takes place in professionally equipped facilities with Steinway/Kawai grand piano and Gretsch Catalina acoustic jazz drumset. Facilities include spacious and safe waiting area with restrooms, ample parking, and easy access off of I-5 via Jamboree exit. We are resuming classes on Monday, April 5. However, can only offer limited seating for April group (adults) class at the moment. Please contact for more info about seating availability.
