JOB SUMMARY: This position must provide; proactively cleaning assigned common areas, sanitary comfortable, orderly and satisfying surrounding for the residents, employees, and visitors. The Janitor must follow the instructions as given for handling, cleaning, disposing, and moving of objects/materials. REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work assigned hours as scheduled. Must be able to use cleaning supplies and equipment as directed. Effective verbal and written communication skills. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Employee must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Employee will frequently utilize their fingers, hands and arms Employee will be frequently required to stand or walk Employee will be required to bend, twist, stoop, pull, push, lift and kneel Employees will be frequently required to stretch and reach WORK ENVIRONMENT The employee will be exposed to indoor and outdoor work environments with frequent exposure to odors, waste, insects, pests and occasional exposure to confined spaces.
