Adara Communities is looking for a hard working, dedicated Lead Maintenance Technician for our MacArthur Park property in Irving, Texas. Job Requirement: *5+ years of maintenance experience working in the apartment community industry is REQUIRED *HVAC Certification is REQUIRED *5+ years of experience with Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair, Pools and General Maintenance *Must be able to effectively train and guide other service staff through the course of the work day. Be able to fairly evaluate service staff performance, providing constructive advice when needed.
