I am a privately held Cleaning, Organization and Moving Services company. I am looking for mainly cleaners but candidates that are willing to do other services like organization, packing for move and unpacking from move. I will work with you side by side training you to be successful with supervision until you feel comfortable working with team leader or eventually alone if you desire. I am looking for long term help every week this will be part time at first then can move in to full time it is up to you but if you say you want full time or even part time please make sure you show up on time ready to work because I don’t want to be overbooked and stuck with more work then i can handle. I am a growing business need help very soon because having to turn down business because I need reliable help. I have a few more but need to fill these positions immediately. I am looking for someone with residential cleaning experience that understand what needs to be done to clean home effectively. I am always willing to give you a refresher training if it has been awhile and each company does things differently so you can adjust and find your groove. I am looking for candidates that are very professional at customers home and around team, drama free, friendly, must have vehicle, good positive attitude, shows up when they say they are going to and gives notice when they can’t show up. We really need help right now I had to terminates manager and I have a lot of room for you to make a good income. I pay better then most cleaning companies I am very fair for the work being done like if your doing packing and unpacking I always try my best to pay you more. In this business there are some customers that are happy to pay reasonable price then there are some that want to lowest price we can give then we have biweekly and monthly customers we can’t charge a lot for because they are reoccurring.My help and customers are the most important thing to me because with out you or my customers I would not be successful. I am looking to build a residential, moving Services and commercial cleaning division I was doing well until people decided that they no longer want to work and don’t hold up to the notice they gave then managment was caught making cleaner do to much work and she was trying to act as if she was in my position and I am very fair and people-take advantage of that. So I would need one person or two that would have experience in packing, unpacking, organizing if no experience and interested I would love to train you personally because honestly those are my favorite services to preform they are alit more easier then you think I am willing to hire men to do packing and unpacking. There is no heavy lifting involved.We have our own crew, equipment and truck.
