Crest Asset Management is seeking to find an experienced Make Ready Technician for our Fort Worth property. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 months to 2 years previous experience in a related field of maintenance. Skills and knowledge are required in the following areas: HVAC Plumbing Electrical Appliance repair Efficient completion of work order tickets Complete make-ready of vacant apartments Painting experience required Identify and execute preventative maintenance projects Respond to weekend calls on a rotating basis Keep accurate records of service requests, expenditures and unit make ready status Additional duties as assigned Crest Asset Management requires a physical, background and drug screen as a condition of employment.
