At Crest Asset Management, we are currently seeking to fill a full time Porter for our Euless property. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Maintain office and common areas Maintain pool and surrounding area Maintain lighting throughout community Assist with make-ready of units. (This will include trash outs, furniture removal, etc.) Candidate should have an eye for detail and initiative to do what it takes to get the job done right. A can do attitude is a must! Reliable transportation is a must. Drug screen, physical and background check are required on all maintenance personnel. This is a full time position with benefits. Please respond to ad with resume.
