Handyman/ Carpenter Needed

Hello, I need a general handyman who is willing to trade work (demolition, tile, drywall, painting, tile, "light" plumbing, electrical, framing) for free housing in my home in Ontario. Part-time or Full-time Duration: 6 months to 12 months (or completion of work) Other compensation (negotiable) I'll provide tools and materials for the right person. The home is a vacant 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a detached garage. I plan on fixing it up to rent or sell. Please do not contact this if you are not willing to trade living space for work. I have a limited budget and can not pay for full service contractor/handyman work. Ideal candidate has 5 years of handyman experience and needs a place to stay. References of past work required.
