Housekeeper for 168 unit apartment development. Primary duties include cleaning and care of common areas and cleaning apartment turnovers. Includes some gardening and picking up of grounds. Must be a team worker and be able to get along with tenants and coworkers. Must have dependable transportation to and from work. Must be trustworthy and abide by fair housing laws. 40 hour work week. Vacation and holiday pay. We do not provide health insurance benefits.
