Field Service Technician for Industrial Weighing Equipment

As a field technician, you will be responsible for the installation, calibration and service of a customer's industrial weighing equipment. Technicians will be working on both mechanical and electronic scales in diverse settings. The ideal service technician is self-motivated, hands on, and has excellent problem solving skills. We are willing to train the right candidate. A successful Field Service Technician will have knowledge in many fields including mechanical, electrical, computer technology, and the ability to relate to our customer's needs. Location: Work is performed at our customer's locations. A service technician can visit multiple customers throughout the Magic Valley and northern Nevada during the day. Minimum Requirements: Must be 19 years old or older Valid Driver’s License Clean driving record Ability to obtain a Class B CDL Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test Submit to FMCSA required periodic drug and alcohol testing Lift and carry 100 lbs Good oral and written communications skills Be willing to work out of town for extended periods Benefits: Starting wage $16-18 an hour depending upon experience Retirement Program Employee Health Insurance Program- after 60 days -100% paid for employee and dependents Paid Vacations Paid Sick Pay Paid Holidays
