$100 to sand and stain mantle

I need a mantle sanded to the natural wood color and then stained, also repair any chipped wood, and fill gaps. Work must be completed same day. I don't have sanding supplies. I do have the stain I want used. Work must be neat and must be able to prevent staining the floor and wall. There's some detail in the wood, so you must be able to sand very well
