Description
Real estate development company in Brewerytown looking to hire a 3rd employee for our maintenance team for over 100 occupied units (and many more to come). Position will be full time, Monday-Friday. Applicant must have their own vehicle and preferably their own tools. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Minor trim work
- Paint/caulk units
- Clean out egress wells
- Clean common areas of occupied buildings
- Shovel snow and salt as needed
- Change air filters
- Change water filters
- Change light bulbs
- Change batteries: smoke detectors, keypads, etc.
- Minor plumbing and electric: Unclog garbage disposals and drain lines, etc.
- Supply purchases: Home Depot, Lowes, etc.
- Trash removal
- Maintenance & cleaning of company office
Background checks will be required with consent.
