Local property management company in business for 15 years is looking to hire maintenance technician. The chosen applicant would need to have a clean driving record, no criminal record, would be able to pass a drug test.
The desired applicant would need to have some skills that would include painting, light maintenance experience and if the applicant has pool managing experience would be a bonus. Some HVAC knowledge would be preferred but not required.
The person should be a self-starter be organized and be able to troubleshoot multiple scenarios.
We are looking to hire immediately, 32-40 hours per week.
Vacation and sick time and some national holidays would be paid.
Nights and weekends would not be required unless there is an emergency call.
A company van would be provided to use during your workday.
