Seeking laborer to assist with seasonal maintenance of small, well maintained lawn. Work would consist of mowing the lawn in the Spring/Summer and bagging of leaves in the Fall. There is an additional small, one time, project involving installation of a small mailbox and post. This would include removal of the old post. Seasonal lawn maintenance: $40.00 per task (mowing in Summer/ bagging leaves in Fall). Leaf bags would be provided. One time mailbox installation project (includes removal of old concrete post): $40.00 Payment is in cash and will be provided upon completion of each task. $40 for small Lawn $40 for mailbox project Serious inquiries only will be considered.
