Prefer min. 1 yr. exp. in landscape maintenance, construction or educational background in horticulture, but will train the right person. Valid/clean driver’s license a MUST. Opportunity for competitive pay, overtime, bonuses is available. Full-time or Seasonal available. Immediate Start! Responsibilities & Qualifications: Perform routine preventive maintenance lawn maintenance and landscape enhancements (mowing, mulching, trimming, clean-ups, softscaping and hardscaping labor positions) as directed Familiarity with use of maintenance tools and equipment, commercial mowers, trimmers, hand/power tools Ability to handle physical workload, lift 50lbs. Deadline and detail-oriented, professional appearance, self-motivated Clean driving record and experience driving combination truck and trailer is a plus and will enhance compensation package to the right candidate Prefer 21 years of age + for drivers (due to insurance requirements) Laborers can be 18 years of age + Starting pay is $14.00-25.00 based on experience.
