Job Expectations • Customer service is a key element of the position. • Apply the proper products correctly and efficiently using spray and spreader equipment. • Knowledge of insecticides, fertilizers, lawn diseases and the ability to identify and treat is preferred but not required. • Obtain your Ohio Turf and General Pest Control license- company paid. • Full-time Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday if necessary. • Must be able to communicate with customers and co-workers. Requirements • Valid Driver’s license • Minimal points on driving record • Drug screening • Ability to lift 50 lb bags of fertilizer and perform different physical aspects of the job. • Must have a diploma or GED. • Work in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.) • Detail oriented. • Ability to walk 5+ miles a day.
