Weekly Production Team Member Hours: Monday- Start time 7:00 AM; End time between 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM Tuesday - Start time 7:00 AM; End time between 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM Wednesday - Start time 7:00 AM; End time between 2:00 - 5:00 PM NOTE: Start & End times may vary based on weekly volume of orders received. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure quality produce and grocery items are being put into every box during packing. Contribute to the warehouse team: Help organize, pack and clean Hub work areas daily. Pack boxes efficiently, correctly with appropriate contents as instructed, and with a level of care satisfactory to the Packing Team, the Hub Supervisor and our Members. If anything is unclear, misunderstood, seems out-of-place, or is unsafe in any way, always ask and/or let someone else know. Ability to effectively communicate needs, ideas and questions with Team Members and Managers to ensure operational efficiency at all times. Understand the expectations of workplace safety and use good judgment to create an injury-free workplace. Requirements: Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Must be able to work standing up for 8 hours per day. Must be able to tolerate cold/ hot extremes and marked changes in temperature. Must be punctual, onsite and ready for work at scheduled hours. Must be respectful to team members. No inappropriate behavior, language or harassment allowed. Applicant must be at least 16 years of age (requires Youth Employment Certificate if under the age of 18) with reliable transportation.
