Must be able to build anything and lift anything under in harsh environments. Often having helper or working alongaide another Lead. Must be able to work alone and start to finish work. Plans or project discussed and be able to take over. This is great for someone who has the ability to build anything structural. No shortcuts. If you are looking to learn the trade, this is not it. Going from land to over water is an adjustment, we understand. I pay more and respect your time. No micromanaging, you're the boss, you just don't have to go get the jobs and have the stress of running the company. I also appreciate my team and treat with respect and take care of. Must have full sized truck/van that can pull a trailer. Gas paid when towing. Materials and whatever is needed-provided to do what you do best- build, including company tools. And the work is ongoing. Hard work but great experiences:) Work as many hours as you want. 40 minimum guaranteed, as we have a warehouse and we build inside on rain days.
