Lawn Care Employee- INDEPENDENT WORK

We are looking for a PART-TIME, INDEPENDENT Lawn care employee. We have been in business for 2 years, and my husband was recently diagnosed with Lupus. We are not expanding our company this year- we just need someone to help maintain the customers we have. The schedule can be up to you- we have 30 customers right now who are bi-weekly, until August and about 7 of them turn to weekly- so hours increase until September/October, when they will go back down to bi-weekly. We also maintain their bushes on a 6 week schedule, and ANY landscaping they need- we do. We will need someone to start next month! Like I said- we can work the schedule how you want, so if you have another job or kids or just need extra income that is great. You can get all 30 customers done in one week, and have the next week off, or split them up into half. You can do three yards a day- or 7- whatever works for you. We will sit down with you and get the schedule- IT MUST BE CONSISTENT. You cannot change the day of the service for our customers- so whatever schedule we come up with, it is IMMINENT that you stick with it. You will be driving our company Ford Expedition, with a trailer and the gate is not too heavy for one person. You will have one mower, one weed eater and one blower to work with. We have the stihl combi system for edging- WE EDGE EVERY SINGLE YARD, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Our customers have stuck with us through this illness because of the type of work we do- so this must be maintained. When my husbands health starts to get better, we will continue to expand like we were and this can turn into full-time, or you can keep your independent route. We need someone who is not going to BS with us, the season has started and we must maintain our company. Pay is BASED ON EXPERIENCE. For this position you have to have experience- I am sorry, we will not be working with you to make sure you are doing good, you will send before and after pictures of EACH property and sign the job completion paper. You will not accept any payments from customers- We will work this out with them. If there are any problems that you feel you cannot handle, we will help you, but would like this person to be as independent as possible. We would like you to start in the morning. 8 or 9 is fine, no need for 7am- alot of our customers are working from home or have children so if any times don't work for them, we will help you navigate this. The pay is $15/hr since you will be completing all the work. Please contact me for interviews.
