We are hiring Groundskeepers and Maintenance help for immediate needs! Please schedule a time for interview if you are skilled with: interior /exterior painting, appliance repair, apartment turns/make ready work, maintenance service requests, troubleshooting repair issues, installing locks/making keys, daily upkeep of cleaning and removing trash from common areas, leasing office, laundry rooms, apartment models, public restrooms and hallways/elevators. Do you have experience with power washing, touch up painting, replacing light bulbs in common areas, basic pool cleaning including cleaning pool furniture and pool chemical maintenance? If so, we want you to join our team! Experience in the apartment industry a plus! Must have a positive attitude and willing to learn. We can accommodate part-time and full-time availability!
