VERTPAC is growing again! We are seeking applicants to join our teams with openings in Production & Satin Departments at our manufacturing facility in APOPKA, Florida. We are looking for a Teamwork mentality with an ability to work standing up to a few hours at a time. Must be able to lift boxes up to 30lbs. Willing to learn and take on more responsibilities will be rewarded. We offer a friendly, fast paced environment where hard work and great teamwork are rewarded. Drug Testing is required within one week of start of employment. Job Details We currently have open positions in our handmade sleeves division and our satin production department. Benefits/Compensation + The pay for these positions starts at $9-$10.00/Hr., handmade sleeve position is paid as "piecework" after a period of training, meaning that the more product you make, the higher the rate of pay you could get. People who develop this skill and work for VERTPAC could earn as high as $20 or even $30/hr., depending on their production output. Beginners get 40hrs/week and when their production output surpasses $10/Hr. they will start getting what the rate of pay converts to according to their production output and also considered to work overtime as needed. + Opportunity to earn additional pay based on the number of pieces completed each day + On-the-job training +Start at $9.00/$10.00/HR. after 90 day Probation Period with room to grow professionally.
