Hello / Hola. Hablamos Espanhol. We are presently looking for a self-motivated person to help us complete residential remodeling work throughout Central Florida (mainly Orlando and surrounding cities). Requirements/Must Have: - Good attitude. If you don't enjoy working, don't apply. - Own reliable vehicle (does not have to be a truck) - Basic tools (small tool box with hammer, screw drivers, etc... is ok to start) - 1 yr experience working in some type of construction/renovations environment - Clean background - Bi-lingual is IDEAL (Spanish/English) Pay: $12-$20+/hr depending on experience + gasoline assistance Summary of work: In simple terms, we buy junk homes and remodel them. We need assistance to get the jobs done quickly and in a professional manner. The more you know about residential remodeling the more you can get paid. Its that simple. If we see you know how to work well without supervision we'll tell you what is needed and you can get it done on your own. Our goal is to have a team of 2 or 3 working together so projects can get done in a reasonable time frame. Let us know what your skill set is and we are ready to hire you for a test period. Once we build trust and see your abilities we'll give you projects throughout the city to work on.
