We are hiring immediately a highly motivated and qualified Superintend the successful candidate for this opportunity will have an uncompromising dedication to customer service, quality control, and safety. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Work closely with project manager to ensure work is being completed on a timely basis under our quality standards. Follow and Assist in Scheduling Jobs and Quality Control Inspection Times Communicate with crews during installs and help with retrieving any short material or returning any extra material Check work for quality and ensure install standards Verify crew that is at work and make sure they are on the payroll. Diagnose variety of roof leaks during warranty calls Perform final walk-through check list after install completed by crews Maintain Detailed Accurate Records, including photographs** Provide support to Roofing Contractor Utilizing Company provided vehicle Skill Requirements: Able to lift material and set up ladders up to 32' by themselves Able to walk roofs (flat to 8/12 pitch) Computer literate Able to finish a set schedule everyday Able to do small repairs or punch /have their own hand tools, Must have good communication skills with both customers, office and crew MUST be self-motivated Ability to problem solve and multi-task Able to move a Dumpsters for each job Need to Possess: Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish required) Experience on understanding of Asphalt shingle roofs it's not requires but if you have it is a plus Driver license Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic The ability to work independently. Compensation & Benefits offered: Paid time off Paid Holidays: New Year, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day Company truck w/company gas card.
